Over 100 Million Guests Have Visited This Disney Park! Hong Kong Disneyland Park Welcomes 100 Millionth Guest! Congratulations to the lucky Chen family who were visiting the park for the mother’s birthday.
To put this in perspective, Disney’s Magic Kingdom in 2022 had over 17,000,000 guests, which roughly is 46,575 on an average day. Disneyland Paris had 5,340,000 in 2022, an average of 14,630. Hong Kong on the other hand receives around 3,400,000. Which is an amazing number for that park.
Right on the heels of the World of Frozen opening, Hong Kong Disneyland Park welcomed its 100 million guests! We’re so thrilled to be sharing this exciting news and giving you a peek into the day in the life of a 100 millionth guest!
When the Chen family arrived at Hong Kong Disneyland Park, little did they know that they were going to make history. The family of five, and huge fans of Disney, couldn’t believe the news!

A special surprise moment took place in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams, which was recently renovated in 2020. The Chen family was presented with a certificate and gift hamper by Michael Moriarty, Managing Director, of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck also joined in on the fun dressed in their Christmas looks, adding a touch of festive fun!
Can you guess what the Chen family did next? They went to World of Frozen, of course! It was their first time experiencing the attractions in the kingdom of Arendelle.
And turns out the Chen family came to Hong Kong Disneyland Park to celebrate their mother’s birthday. As their magical day came to a close, what better way to end it than with a feast! They enjoyed a celebratory character dinner buffet at Enchanted Garden Restaurant in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and took many pictures with their favorite Disney characters.
