Our List Of All Time Favorite Hallmark Christmas Movies. I have been watching Hallmark Christmas movies for many many years. My love for them has grown probably to an unhealthy level but they bring me joy. I thought that today, I would let you all know my personal favorite ones.
When life can be stressful and hard, I turn to the Hallmark Channel for whimsy, love, and comfort. It’s a happy space for me.

‘Meet The Santas’ is the movie that started my love for this network and genre. This was the sequel to ‘Single Santa Seeks Mrs. Claus.’ This is the story of Nick and Beth and their trials to get married. It was and still is so campy and makes me happy. I mean, Steve Guttenberg as Santa Claus…yes please!

‘Our First Christmas’ is the next one on my list. Now this isn’t going to stay in any particular order but I love this one. This is the story of a blended family trying to make all their individual family Christmas traditions work. It stars John Ratzenberger and Dixie Carter as the grandparents. As a blended family ourselves, I related to this movie.
The Candace Cameron Bure movies. The two that I will watch on repeat are ‘Let It Snow’ with Jesse Hutch and Alan Thicke and ‘Christmas Under Wraps’ with David O’Donnell. In both, she stars as a career-driven woman who doesn’t really care about Christmas and is shown the meaning of it by the man she meets and falls in love with. Now I know she left the channel and I did not follow her to GAC. I will watch some of the movies that she put out on Hallmark happily.
The Lacey Chabert movies that I will watch on repeat are ‘A Royal Christmas’, ‘Matchmaker Santa’, ‘Time For Us To Come Home For Christmas’, and ‘The Sweetest Christmas.’ These movies are a comfort for my soul. And hey, Hallmark, please give us an option to watch ‘Matchmaker Santa’ again. I miss watching it. Lacey is the reigning Queen of the Hallmark Channel and it’s well earned.
Next up we have the Father Christmas series. This movie trilogy stars Erin Krakow, Niall Matter, and Wendie Malick. The movie revolves around Miranda coming to solve a mystery left behind by her late mother and finds family and love. It’s a very sweet trilogy and I look forward to watching this every year. It has mystery, love, small town, and ‘A Christmas Carol.’ What’s not to love?
The ‘Christmas In Evergreen’ series is a must-watch for me every year. This town of Evergreen, Vermont is endlessly endearing. The town goes big for Christmas. There’s a magic wishing snow globe, an old red pickup truck, letters to Santa, the biggest Advent Calendar ever, and Church bells all as different people come to the town and fall in love. Ashley Williams and Holly Robinson Peete are the stars of the series along with many colorful characters. I would love to live in a whimsical town like this.
The Tyler Hynes collection. I will watch these movies any time I want to smile. ‘Time For Him To Come Home For Christmas’ is a sweet and sentimental story about love lost and regret but coming together to move past the past at Christmas. ‘Three Wise Men and A Baby’ is just fun.
The chemistry between Tyler, Paul Campbell, and Andrew Walker is contagious. I dare you to not love them while watching this. ‘The Mistletoe Secret’ is exactly what I want in a Christmas movie. Small town, Christmas Council, and a romantic dream. ‘On The 12th Date Of Christmas’, we see the characters work together as game designers and fall in love while touring Chicago to make an interactive 12 Dates Of Christmas game.
The crop of movies from Last year was fantasy. ‘My Southern Family Christmas’ and ‘Long Lost Christmas’ premiered last year and I have watched these many many times over the last year. It’s sentimental stories of lost family and coming together. ‘A Kismet Christmas’ is about magic cookies that make you dream of your true love.
What could possibly go wrong? ‘Ghost Of Christmas Always’ is a brilliant story about what happens to the Ghosts from ‘A Christmas Carol.’ It is very very smart. Lastly, ‘A Fabled Holiday’ has become one of my favorite movies. It is about people who are gifted a book about the magical town of Wunderbrook only to end up in this town at a crossroads in their lives. It’s so magical!
Lastly of the previous years’ crop of movies, we have these. I love these movies and will watch them whenever I catch them.
