Dug & Russel’s Wilderness Explorers Club House has Reopened in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It doesn’t matter if it is a Pixar or a Disney Character Meet and Greet, we love them all. We have dragged so many people into joining us in taking a Disney Photopass with us that I think people may be avoiding hanging out with us in the Parks!
This one though was really important to us personally. Dug & Russel were the first characters we met 5 years ago on our first family vacation to Disney World. So, when we heard that the Pixar character meet and greet had returned, we had to run out and spend our birthday with Dug & Russel.
Dug & Russel’s Wilderness Explorers Club House is located on Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Next to the entrance to “It’s tough to be a bug”.
Russel loves being a Wilderness Explorer! He’s earned every badge and even explored the real wilderness.
His name is Dug. He’s the top dog in Disney Pixar’s UP!. He has just met you and he loves you. Squirrel!
We had a great time interacting with Dug! He needed scratches and attention, like every dog ever. Multiple hugs, and we say Dug is a good Floof 10/10 would recommend!
