On Easter Sunday, Jaleo Disney Springs welcomes guests to explore, discover, and share the vibrant spirit and flavors of Spain with its Brunch menu, featuring signature dishes, like Carne asada con huevo frito— grilled flat iron steak with fried egg, potatoes, and mojo verde — and Flauta de tortilla de patatas — a traditional flauta sandwich with fresh tomato and Spanish omelet.

This year, Jaleo Disney Springs is debuting its Rumba Brunch, where guests will discover the sights and sounds of authentic rumba music with roaming guitar players and vocalists from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Maria & Enzo’s at Disney Springs
Maria & Enzo’s will be open on Easter Sunday, serving its Sicilian cuisine-inspired brunch menu for guests, including family favorites like the Crunch Toast, a cornflake crusted brioche with Nutella mascarpone, and strawberry compote, plus the Smoked Salmon Board, including tomatoes, red onion, capers, chive, mascarpone, hard-boiled eggs and toasted schiacciata bread. Signature craft cocktails and bottomless mimosas, bellinis, or rossinis are also available.

Tropicale at Caribe Royale Orlando
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday, hotel guests and locals alike can enjoy a delectable buffet-style brunch at Tropicale located at Caribe Royale Orlando Resort. Elevated offerings include a smoked fish station, a seafood bar, made-to-order omelets, a carving station with options such as Steamship Swordfish and Honey Glazed Smoked Ham, and more. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Easter Sunday, Promenade at Sunset Walk invites locals and visitors to its 2nd annual Easter Car and Truck Show, featuring live music by DJ Jennifer, appearances by the Easter Bunny and thousands of Easter eggs hidden around the Promenade and distributed by show car drivers. All makes and models are invited to participate in the Car & Truck Show. Admission and parking for guests is free
