Ponders, We Are Almost Halfway Through Season Two Of The Way Home On Hallmark. Alright, here’s what we know so far about the Landrys and the Pond.

Season Two of The Way Home has aired the first four episodes and this next one looks like it’s going to be big. This season has posed so many more mysteries and questions than the first season. I know hard to believe but it just gets better.

Episode Five is about Founder’s Day in Port Haven and brings up memories for Del, Alice, and Elliot. Kat finds herself caught between two worlds in her search for answers.

Kat has been dividing her time between the present and 1814 on her quest to find her brother Jacob, who disappeared in 1999. At the close of season one, they finally figured out that if they could use the pond to time travel Jacob probably did too. But at 8 years old, he couldn’t get back.

At the start of season two, Kat ends up in 1814 only to be shot coming out of the pond. She is nursed back to health by Susanna Augustine, who is a direct ancestor to close Landry family friend, Elliot Augustine. Elliot has been in love with Kat his entire life. He is also the only person to know that Alice has time-traveled since 1999.

Still with me? Also new to the story is Casey Goodwin who is a descendant of Cyrus Goodwin, who in 1814 controlled Port Haven. What is Casey up to? They got themselves a job with Kat over Kat’s daughter, Alice. Time will tell with Casey.

Facebook groups dedicated to the popular Hallmark Channel show are filled with avid fans and all the theories and possibilities. From Easter eggs hidden in the show to what-ifs. I’m here for it all.

Episode 4 left us wondering, for sure. Kat asks Elliot if Alice keeps going back and if she’s going to see something happen. Then she says that she’s going to hate me. What did you do, Kat? We are all hoping to find out.

What’s going on with Del? How much did Colton know? What becomes of Jacob? And who is Noah and what is his story? Will Alice’s dad Brady find out what they have been doing? And how does no one remember Kat’s friend Alice and think she looks exactly like Kat’s daughter Alice. These questions we all keep asking.
