Walkway Reopened Between Imagination Pavilion and CommuniCore at Epcot. What a perfect morning in Epcot today. Light crowds, not empty, just light. Temperatures were perfect, a new show in World Celebration, and the walkway around the backside of CommuniCore Hall & Plaza has reopened.
The walkway reopened with a new central garden, which makes getting around this area so much better. Previously at this Rose Walkway, between Imagination Pavilion and World Celebration, 3 points would meet and guests would bottleneck.
Now with the new garden it makes a distinct pathway for guests to choose the direction they will go. Whichever way you go now, you should have an easier time navigating this area. You can see the new area in the images below.
This area has been totally revamped with new concrete, lighting, garden, and soon to be signage pointing guests in the right direction. I would suspect we should see construction like this coming to an end very soon as everything gets wrapped up for the opening day of CommuniCore Hall & Plaza on June 10th, 2024.
