Don't Miss Out! New Parade Schedule Takes Effect at Magic Kingdom February 18th
Don’t Miss Out! New Parade Schedule Takes Effect at Magic Kingdom February 18th

Don’t Miss Out! New Parade Schedule Takes Effect at Magic Kingdom February 18th. Right now we get double runnings of Adventure Friends Cavalcade, and a single run of the Festival of Fantasy Parade in the Magic Kingdom, but that is shifting back starting February 18th, 2024.

On January 16th Festival of Fantasy went down to only showing at 3:00 PM, and Adventure Friends Cavalcade ran at 10:30 AM and 11:45 AM. We can only guess this change happened because we were coming up on the supposed ‘slow’ season. Much easier to run the Cavalcades 2x, than the whole Parade.

On February 18th, 2024, the Magic Kingdom Parade times will be as follows:

Festival of Fantasy Parade – Celebrate the spirit of Disney as Magic Kingdom Park comes alive with music and dance during a tribute to the tales of Fantasyland – Time 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM

Broadway Superstar Michael James Scott will Grand Marshall “Festival of Fantasy Parade” on February 6th, 2024

Celebrate the spirit of Disney as Magic Kingdom Park comes alive with music and dance during a tribute to the tales of Fantasyland. This time at the head of the parade will be Disney’s Broadway Actor Michael James Scott who plays Genie in Aladdin.

Through the talents of our wonderful cast members and collaborations with a myriad of Black-owned businesses, you can “Celebrate Soulfully” across the resort throughout the year, but especially during Black History Month. Let’s explore some ways to honor Black culture, heritage, and contributions at Walt Disney World Resort this February:

Broadway performer and Orlando native Michael James Scott, well known for his portrayal of Genie in the hit Broadway musical, “Aladdin,” will be the honorary grand marshal for the “Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade” at Magic Kingdom Park on Feb. 6. His appearance helps kick off our month-long celebration of Black heritage and culture. You can catch Michael James Scott along the parade route down Main Street, U.S.A., around 3 p.m. ET.
